West Ham have endured a far from perfect start to the Premier League season. With the clubs ambitions far outweighing their current performance, Bilic needs to change something in January, and before he looks at making new signings he needs to get rid of the players that are not pulling their weight. Here’s three players he needs to bin.
1 – Gokhan Tore
He might only be on loan but the deal is very pointless. The Turkish winger just doesn’t look right at West Ham and cutting the loan deal short seems a sensible solution. It would allow for a more effective replacement to come in and stop the club wasting any more money or time on this deal. I think Bilic needs to replace Tore with a Premier League proven wide man – as Tore appears to not be well suited to the English game. It seems the West Ham hierarchy are not happy with his performances so far, however reports suggest that the club will have to pay a £2.5million fee to send Tore back to Besiktas early… ouch. West Ham do not want to become the QPR of the Premier League though and harvesting players that are not good enough can often be the start of a slippery slope.
