4 – Krystian Bielik
Primary Position: Centre Back
After an impressive pre season, Bielik hasn’t featured in the first team due to Rob Holding’s solid start to life in the Premier League. But Bielik still has time to flourish at Arsenal and with Per Mertesacker likely to leave at the end of the season, his chance could come then. Signed for £2million from Legia Warsaw as a holding midfielder, a lack of defensive options in the reserves saw Bielik gravitate to a role in the heart of defence. Whilst this kind of position may not have been his preference, he does look more comfortable here. With Bielik’s early education coming in midfield though, he could always revert to that position to get more first team chances.
