Arsenal fans have been in a celebratory mood today, as the club have reached the seventh anniversary since signing Aaron Ramsey from Cardiff City for a bargain £5m.
It’s been a roller-coaster of a ride for Ramsey, who endured a difficult spell of form in the past where many questioned his ability whilst he was also on the receiving end of a horror tackle from Stoke City’s Ryan Shawcross which broke his leg and threatened his career.
However, Ramsey has shone significantly in the past two years and was the club’s player of the season last term- with plenty of goals, which included the winning strike in the FA Cup final last May.
Ramsey has since won the FA Cup again with Arsenal and has been linked with Barcelona, as the Welshman has shown superb progression.
