Chelsea & Madrid fans going Crazy over Eden Hazard’s statement about his future

Eden Hazard

With all the uncertainties around Chelsea, Eden Hazard have given the faithful something to cheer about.

The Blues have endured an extremely mute summer bereft of any arrivals.

While the futures of Antonio Conte, Thibaut Courtois, Willian and Hazard hangs on the balance.

Conte, who took charge of the club’s first training session on Monday is expected to be replaced by Maurizio Sarri.

The Italian’s top three stars have all been linked with moves to Spain.

Hazard currently on World Cup duty with Belgium, however, has given the fans some good news ahead of the new campaign.

In a recent interview granted to Marca, the flying winger says he’s happy at Stamford Bridge.

“I’m fine at Chelsea and, for now, nobody has presented me with an offer, “ the 27-year-old revealed.

“It is true that [Zidane] is special, but Madrid makes everyone dream. With or without Zidane, Madrid’s shirt is special.

“But I’m also doing well in blue so staying wouldn’t bother me.”

Manu de Juan of AS recently reported the Belgian was being lined up as a potential replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo should he join Juventus.

The 27-year-old has never hidden his admiration for the record European champions and former coach Zinedine Zidane.

Hazard says it “would be a dream” to play under him in Madrid.

But with the ex-France international out of the club, he could just be reconsidering moving there.
