The report in the media has confirmed that Manchester United wants to sign Tottenham attacker Christian Eriksen and might have to go into business with Daniel Levy.
The Red Devils performance this term has not been too good, even after hiring Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to bring some new ideas and help improve the club.
The 46-year-old manager is now trying to improve his squad ahead of next season by hiring the service of Eriksen, who has been linked with the club in the past during the era of Louis Van Gaal.
The Denmark international has been in his best of form with Tottenham this term and has delayed putting to pen a new contract at the club with is existing contract set to expire in 2020. This means Spurs might be forced to sell him in the summer for a fee around £60m.
The report also has it that Real Madrid are also showing interest in the highly-rated Midfielder, means United might have to move fast if they wish to beat the Los Blancos outfit to his signature.
But I personally think agreeing a deal with Spurs will be difficult as they will prefer not to sell to a rival club. However, United can always win the race for Eriksen if they’re ready to splash some huge cash in the summer.
