It seems as though Antonio Conte will remain at Chelsea next season after all. That’s if a post by his brother on Instagram is anything to go by.

Danielle shared a picture of the ex-Juventus manager with his assistants with the caption: “Come on Chelsea, Come on Team Conte!!!”

Conte’s future has been in the balance after an absolutely underwhelming campaign where the Blues capitulated from Premier League champions to fifth.

Reports had claimed the Italian won’t return to the club’s dugout for the forthcoming campaign.

Ex-Napoli boss, Maurizio Sarri, has been linked to the job and faithful were already preparing for the ‘Sarri Ball’.

However, Danielle’s latest post may signal the opposite especially as his brother remains contracted to Chelsea until next summer.

Conte, himself, reportedly proved he was still the boss by hitting at the club’s internal email.

The Times claimed on Thursday that the Italian was furious at his managers for contacting players for pre-season without his consent.

“The Times has learnt that a member of Chelsea’s technical staff emailed the players who have not been at the World Cup asking them to report to the club’s training ground on Saturday and Sunday for fitness tests, with Conte responding by saying that he is still the manager and does not want the players back until next Monday.

“(Conte) has spent the last few weeks while on holiday in southern Italy planning a tough pre-season campaign for the players. He is due back in London this weekend and plans to hold his first training session next Monday if he has not been sacked.”
