Manchester United fans were over the moon with Maraoune Fellaini last night as his performance was much improved, and he marked it with a goal.
The Beglian had been criticised heavily by fans last season, with many calling him a waste of money. The signing made by David Moyes, is starting to look like a better investment.
Is that because he needed a year to settle into the teams style? Or is it down to Louis van Gaal who is getting the best out of his assets? I’m not sure. A lot of Manchester United fans think it is the latter, and here’s what they had to say on the Belgian on Twitter after last night.
When he came on against WBA, who expected Fellaini to start the next five games, being this influential and scoring two goals?

Every player has improved dramatically since Van Gaal took over. From Blackett to Fellaini to Young to Rooney! Top notch manager.

Fellaini could've had a hattrick tonight. Another embarrassment for Moyes, that Van Gaal gets so much more out of him.

Always said Fellaini was a steal at £27m.

That run from Marouane Fellaini is absolutely filthy. Fantastic vision from him and a great, clinical finish. Herrera fantastic cross.
