According to report in Marca, Real Madrid chief Zinedine Zidane has said to Dani Ceballos that he is surplus to necessities at the Bernabeu with the Spanish International associated with a move to West Ham United.
With Manuel Pellegrini trying to build a better squad with the Hammers, the prolific manager has then identified Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos as the right man to come to bring the quality that’s missing in his squad.
The 22-year-old play-maker whom his known for his exceptional display for Spain at the U21 European Championships in 2017. Report from Mirror in April confirms that the Hammers are weighing up an £18 million move for the highly-rated ace.
However, Ceballos has featured in just one of Madrid’s last six League games, which is a good sign that his service is not too needed at the Bernabeu, so there will be no issue with the La Liga giant allowing him to go through the exit door this summer.
Just as Zidane has confirmed that Gareth Bale and Marcos Llorente that they are permitted to leave according to Marca, the past France international has also now said that Ceballos has no future in Madrid, which has massively fuelled the reports linking him with a move to the Emirates.
