Arsenal keeping a close eye on Kerem Demirbay ahead of signing him this summer, according to report coming from Germany.
The news outlet further reported that Arsenal are willing to improve their squad ahead of a bigger challenge next term and they have identified Demirbay as their prime target and will be willing to meet his release clause when the transfer window opens.
The 25-year-old German has netted 4 goals and created 8 assist this term, which makes him suit the type of winger Emery needs to improve his squad.
With the exit of Aaron Ramsey on a free transfer to Juve, there is no doubt that the German will be a very good replacement for Ramsey, having to help his club make it to the sixth position on the Bundesliga table.
Demirbay’s dazzling footwork and dribbling ability have caught the attention of so many Turkish base clubs and he will be available for £22million, so it’s yet to be seen which of the interested clubs will go all out to trigger his release clause.
On the other hand, the Gunner trashed Valencia 2-4 last night to make it into the finals of the Europa League competition when they will be playing their London rivalry club, Chelsea.
If Arsenal eventually win the Europa League, Emery shouldn’t be having above £75m to spend this summer, so let take things with a pinch of salt in the main time as it is hard to tell who and who we will be signing due to the limited budget we’re having.
