Zlatan Ibrahimovic. A name that hadn’t been mentioned much in English media, until the last few days. Ibrahimovic is reportedly unhappy in Paris, fuelling speculation of a move to Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool!
Zlatan is 33, but the Swedish striker is still considered one of the best in the world. His huge wages of £220,000 per week would surely rule Arsenal and Liverpool out of signing him, but Chelsea could stand a chance. Some reports have suggested Chelsea are in talks to sign him, the player is an admirer of Jose Mourinho.
Chelsea appear to be the only club with a realistic chance of signing the Swede, but the need for a player like Ibrahimovic at Arsenal and Liverpool couldn’t be more obvious. Both teams missed experience and quality in the central striking position last season. Rodgers is desperate to make a ‘marquee signing’ whilst Wenger is always looking to add World Class players.
Here’s how Twitter is reacting to the latest Ibrahimovic talk:

I can't see us signing Ibrahimovic nor do I see Chelsea handing a 3 year contract to a 33 year old striker. Ridiculous rumour.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Chelsea is worryingly plausible. He openly wants to play for Mourinho again and wins leagues wherever he goes.
