2. Ricardo Rodriguez
United have struggled for defensive stability this season, mainly due to high profile injuries to the likes of Luke Shaw and Phil Jones. Despite this, United have conceded just 34 goals in the league, the second best record behind Tottenham Hotspur. With Shaw coming back to full fitness it is unknown if United will want to strengthen in the full back position. One player they have been linked with in the past is Ricardo Rodriguez of Wolfsburg.
Rodriguez enjoyed a stunning season last year helping Wolfsburg to second place and a Champions League bearth, along the way he scored 10 goals in 39 games from left back. The Swiss international is happy pushing forward and solid in defence. A dead-ball specialist who contributed a lot going forward and adds more goals to his game compared to Shaw.
United fans may well remember Rodriquez as one of the players who helped knock The Red Devils out of this seasons Champions League.
