2 - Fernando Llorente
Chelsea thought they had tied up a deal for Llorente at around £15million, but the latest news is that Tottenham Hotspurs have jumped to the front of the queue and agreed on a fee with Swansea. This news comes from Sky Sports and various other sources. A fee being agreed isn’t conclusive though, as we saw in Chelsea’s recent pursuit of Oxlade-Chamberlain. The Spaniard may favour a reunion with Conte if Chelsea are willing to match the bid made by Tottenham, which I would expect they will be. It looks like a straight fight between Chelsea and Tottenham for the signing of Llorente, but one thing that appears certain is that he will no longer be a Swansea player when the window closes tonight.
