Steven Gerrard could be leaving Liverpool at the end of the season when his current deal expires and he is available to talk to foreign clubs in January regarding a pre-contractual agreement.
However, Liverpool fans have responded to reports that link their captain with a move to Roberto Mancini’s Inter Milan, with many confident he will sign a new deal. 34-year-old Gerrard has spent his entire career at Liverpool and this is likely to be his last chance to try his luck abroad before hanging up his boots. The MLS is another reported destination but suggestions he’d move to Italian giants Inter were met with strong opinions on Twitter.
Liverpool fans are unanimous in their opinion, believing that there is no chance of this happening. Although, those believing he could sign another deal with the Reds could be left disappointed.
Two days with informational eclipse and the first rumour I read is Gerrard to Inter, journos are really bored I guess

I highly doubt Gerrard would go to Inter. Is Mancini the kind of manager a typical English player would want to end his career under?
