Alex Iwobi was unplayable today. What a talent we have at our club.

Is it ok to say Iwobi > Okocha?
I mean Jay Jay was good but is he really in Alex's bracket? Got a long way to go— Fin (@IwobiWanKanobe) January 14, 2017
Watching the Arsenal game back, Iwobi was on point

How good was Iwobi yesterday? Unplayable & toying around with Swansea. If he continues to work hard & stay grounded, he'll be top class.

My thoughts on Iwobi are what I said at the start of the season. Don’t get carried away with him, he’s still 20 and very raw, but what a talent he is. It’s great that he has come through the ranks and is playing as well as he is. He still lacks consistency and because he sets the bar so high, I feel he gets too much criticism when he struggles in matches. This is unfair on such a young player, especially when there are usually other, more senior players like Walcott or even Oxlade-Chamberlain, who have also performed poorly.
Hopefully Alex has a long and successful career at Arsenal ahead of him. If he can produce performances like he did yesterday more regularly then he will cement his place in the starting eleven.
Nobody would have anticipated him being as important to this team as he now is. With no obvious natural back up to Ozil, Iwobi is the most likely to replace the German there when he is unavailable. He could also be regarded as the clubs first choice left winger, especially when Alexis Sanchez is occupying the centre forward position.
